You can choose UPS Ground or any level of express delivery when you check-out.
We are able to ship almost anywhere in the world.
Shipping Cost
Cost of shipping is determined at the time of ordering, based on the size of your order and the speed with which you’d like it shipped.
Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will be notified and given tracking information.
Lead time
We finish and buff every tile to order. We ship most orders within one week, and often much more quickly.
We will notify you and provide you with tracking information when your order has been shipped.

Upon Receiving Your Tiles
Please, inspect your package immediately upon delivery. Though we pack our products with great care, accidents do occasionally happen.
If you suspect damage during transit, or if your order is incomplete or not as expected, please contact us directly at 773 784-2628 before making a return. We are always happy to work with UPS to solve a shipping related problem.

Returns
Order with confidence! We offer a full refund on tiles returned within one year of purchase.
Tiles must be returned in acceptable condition. Once tiles have been installed, they cannot be returned.

Exchanges
We are happy to exchange tiles for alternate patterns.
Warranty
Our tiles are designed to last a lifetime. Solid bronze holds up in even the most arduous conditions. We encourage you to follow our installation instructions and use common sense when handling your tiles.
We cannot accept responsibility for any damage that occurs during installation. Please follow the installation guidelines of the Tile Council of America.
Our liability is limited to the value of the tiles.
